COMING TO THE CLINIC
If you have an in-office appointment, please read the following carefully.
Health Card
Present a VALID provincial health card on each and every visit. Patients who cannot provide a valid health card will be charged for the visit.
Masking Policy
Patient over the age of two MUST wear a face mask at all time in our clinic.
Visitors will not be permitted to enter or remain within the facility if they:

are non-compliant with policies

present with COVID-19 and/or flu-like signs and symptoms
Markham ENT Clinic reserves the right to take appropriate action to enforce compliance with our visitor and masking policies.
Visitor Policy
DO NOT bring any visitors with you except you have language barrier, mobility problem, or mental disability.
One parent will be allowed to accompany their minor patient in the examination room.
